These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of a paid invitation from Lumi. The seller is Düzgün Baran Taştan, trading as Lumi, of Founder Close, London, E6 6FS, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”) — a sole trader, so no company registration number applies. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

You are buying a one-time right to publish and host one digital invitation on Lumi, including its shareable link and guest features. This is digital content and a digital service — there is no physical item.

Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Any discount code is applied at checkout and is subject to its own conditions (validity dates and usage limits).

Delivery

Access is delivered digitally and immediately: once payment succeeds, your invitation is unlocked so you can publish it and share the link.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once your invitation is published. Before you publish, you may still request a refund — see our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you add to your invitation and for having the right to use it. You agree not to use Lumi for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these terms.

Service availability

We work to keep Lumi available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve features over time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a paid invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
